What my clients say…

Lel Brady

Eve was highly recommended to me following my plea on social media for a mortgage advisor. My circumstances were quite unique due to historic credit issues, despite this Eve expertly guided me through my options. She was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process, even on a Sunday evening. She always answered my questions no matter how repetitive or incessant and knew exactly what to say to reassure me that we were on the right path. I’m so thankful to Eve for everything she did to support me through a quite stressful process. The outcome was exactly as I had hoped and she even sorted my life insurance policy. What more could you ask for! Thank you Eve, you’re an absolute treasure and I’m looking forward to working with you again next time around.

My Three Step Process

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a perfect credit history?
The simple answer is NO! There are a number of lenders who will accept past credit issues depending on how long ago it was and the severity. The best thing to do is get in touch so I can review your credit file with you.
How much do i need as a minimum deposit?

There are lenders who will offer a mortgage with as little as 5% of the purchase price, eligibility for this will depend on your circumstances and also the home you are looking to buy. Get in touch and let’s see how I can help you.

Why should I use a Mortgage Broker?

My role is to guide you through the whole process, I will advise you on the best lender to use for your mortgage and then go on to arrange the application on your behalf. This means you do not have to speak to multiple lenders to ensure you are getting the best deal and you do not need to spend hours once your application is submitted chasing everything through – I do all of this for you!

I'm Self Employed, can you help me?
Yes, I have an in-depth knowledge of how lenders view different business types and the questions that are asked during the application process. This experience with self-employed clients means we can pre-empt any questions they may have which makes the whole process much quicker.
My Estate Agent says I have to use their Broker?
You absolutely have the right to choose who you trust with giving you mortgage advice and to deal with your application. Sometimes it is important that the Estate Agent is confident that you are in a position to move forward with the offer you have put in and so would like you or your adviser to speak to their broker. This is generally OK but they cannot force you to use them for the application process.
Can I have more than one mortgage?

Yes, in some circumstances it is possible to own more than one property either to rent out or as a second home. This is entirely dependent on your circumstances so if this is something you are considering get in touch.

What does "whole of market" mean?

This means I am not restricted to a panel or limited range of mortgage lenders, being whole of market means I can approach any mortgage company that will accept applications from intermediaries. It is important when looking for a broker that if they are not whole of market you understand any restrictions on your choice of lender and how this might impact you.
